Elegant Dreams Pilates Centre | Puchong is the Bandar Puteri branch for students looking for Reformer Pilates in Puchong. The studio is located at 06-4, 2 Rio Office Park, Persiaran Rio, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, opposite The Cube. Please arrive at Level 6, above Stuart Design.

Classes are beginner-friendly and progressive, with Reformer Flow recommended for new students before stronger Abs & Core, Bootie or Kicking sessions. The Puchong branch also offers private and duet Pilates sessions for students who prefer a focused booking format.

Confirmed Puchong equipment: Reformer, Cadillac and Tower. Wunda Chair is not available at this branch. Group classes run with a maximum of 9 participants.

Opening hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 6:00 PM-9:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

Parking and arrival
Basement parking is RM1 per hour. Valet parking is RM5 per entry. No nearby public transport access is confirmed.
