Reformer Pilates Classes
Reformer Flow
Reformer Flow is our beginner friendly full body Reformer Pilates class, designed to help you build a strong foundation in movement, alignment and body control. This class focuses on posture, breathing, core engagement, flexibility and controlled strength using the reformer machine.
It is the best starting point for new students or anyone who wants a steady, guided class before progressing into more intense sessions. Expect a balanced workout that helps you move better, feel stronger and understand how your body works.
Reformer Bootie
Reformer Bootie is a lower body focused class designed to activate and strengthen the glutes, hips, hamstrings and legs. Using controlled reformer movements, this class helps improve lower body stability, muscle activation and overall body balance.
This class is suitable for students who want to build stronger glutes, improve lower-body control and add more challenge to their Pilates routine. It is more intense than Reformer Flow, but still guided step by step.
Reformer Abs & Core
Reformer Abs & Core is a core focused class designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles, improve trunk stability, and develop greater control throughout the body. Using controlled reformer movements, this class helps enhance core endurance, posture, balance, and overall movement efficiency.
This class is suitable for students who want to build a stronger core, improve body awareness, and create a more stable foundation for everyday movement and Pilates practice. It is more challenging than Reformer Flow but remains accessible with clear progressions and instructor guidance throughout the session.
Reformer Kicking
Reformer Kicking is a higher energy Reformer Pilates class that combines strength, stamina and lower body conditioning. This class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, leg strength and full-body coordination.
Expect a more active and challenging session compared to Reformer Flow. It is suitable for students who enjoy a stronger workout and want to build endurance while still moving with control.
Wunda Chair
Wunda Chair is a Pilates apparatus class that challenges strength, balance, coordination and control in a compact but powerful way. The chair helps target the core, legs, arms and stabilising muscles through precise, controlled movements.
This class is excellent for improving body awareness, balance and functional strength. It may look simple, but the Wunda Chair requires focus and control, making it a strong option for students who want to deepen their Pilates practice.
Trio Cadillac Class
Our Trio Cadillac classes are limited to just three participants, allowing for more personalized guidance while maintaining the energy and motivation of a group environment. Using the Cadillac's spring system, trapeze, push through bar, roll down bar, and other specialized attachments, participants are guided through a variety of exercises that challenge stability, coordination, control, and full-body movement.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, each session can be adapted to individual needs while focusing on proper alignment, movement quality, and safe progression.
Which Reformer Class Should I Start With?
If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we normally recommend starting with Reformer Flow.
Reformer Flow introduces the Reformer setup, basic movement patterns, alignment, breathing and full-body control. The instructor may progress the exercises during the class according to the lesson plan and participants' current ability.
The other Reformer class formats place greater emphasis on specific movement goals. Review the class descriptions above and choose the format that best matches your current experience and training preference.
