What Is a Pop-Up Class?

Our Pop-Up Classes sit somewhere between a regular class and a workshop. Unlike workshops, participants do not receive a manual or certificate. However, these extended sessions provide the opportunity to explore movement concepts, techniques, and exercises that are not typically covered in a standard Pilates class.

With up to 120 minutes of dedicated learning time, participants can experience more detailed instruction, deeper exercise breakdowns, hands-on guidance, and progressive skill development. Pop-Up Classes are perfect for those looking to expand their Pilates knowledge, refine their technique, and explore specialized topics in a more focused learning environment.

Wunda Chair Inversion Pop-Up Class

A specialty Pilates experience designed to develop the strength, control, and confidence required for safe inversion training on the Wunda Chair. Available in both Fundamental and Mastery levels, these extended 120-minute sessions allow participants to explore inversion techniques, movement progressions, and advanced body control in a structured and supportive environment.
