Getting Started

  • Absolutely. Many of our members start with little or no Pilates experience. Our instructors will guide you through the fundamentals and help you progress at a pace that suits your body and goals.

  • No. Pilates is designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness regardless of your current fitness level. Whether you're completely new to exercise or already active, our classes can be adapted to suit you.

  • Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety during Reformer Pilates classes.

  • For most people, attending 2–3 times per week provides the best balance between consistency, recovery, and results.

Our Pilates Classes

  • We offer Reformer Pilates group classes, private sessions, duet sessions, and specialized workshops designed for different fitness levels and goals.

  • Our group classes are intentionally kept small to allow instructors to provide closer supervision, technique correction, and personalized guidance.

  • Yes. Private sessions provide a fully personalized program based on your posture, movement patterns, fitness level, injuries, and goals.

  • Group classes follow a structured class format suitable for most participants, while private sessions are customized specifically for your individual needs and objectives.

Injury, Rehabilitation & Special Conditions

  • In many cases, yes. Pilates is commonly used to support movement quality, posture improvement, and rehabilitation. We recommend informing our instructors about your condition before attending so we can advise on the most suitable class option.

  • Many people join Pilates to improve spinal mobility, core strength, posture, and movement awareness. However, every condition is unique, so we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional when necessary.

  • Yes. Depending on your stage of pregnancy and exercise experience, we can recommend suitable private or group class options.

  • Absolutely. Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that can help improve balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in daily movement.

Membership & Packages

  • Yes. Packages can be used across our studios, allowing you flexibility when booking classes.

  • Yes. Package validity depends on the package purchased. Full details will be provided before registration.

  • Selected packages may be shareable. Please contact us for the latest package options and terms.

  • Yes. We offer introductory options for new clients who would like to experience our classes before committing to a package.

Class Booking

  • All classes can be booked through our online booking platform. Once registered, you'll be able to view schedules, manage bookings, and track your remaining credits.

  • To allow fair access for all members, cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of the class credit.

  • You may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, our booking system will notify eligible participants.

  • In the rare event that a class is cancelled by the studio, any class credits used for the booking will be returned to your account.

Teacher Training & Workshops

  • Yes. We offer a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training pathway covering Anatomy, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Cadillac Pilates, and Wunda Chair Pilates.

  • Our complete Pilates Teacher Training pathway consists of 239 hours of education, including practical training, observation hours, participation hours, practice teaching, examinations, and self-study modules.

  • No prior teaching experience is required. However, applicants should have a good understanding of Pilates and meet the course prerequisites.

  • Yes. Students who successfully complete the program requirements will receive certification from Elegant Dreams Pilates Centre.

  • Yes. We regularly host workshops for Pilates instructors and movement professionals, including The Caterpillar Method Workshop, Restorative Cadillac Hanging, Advanced Cadillac Hanging Mastery, and Advanced Reformer Skills.
