Elegant Dreams Pilates Centre offers Private Pilates and Duet Pilates sessions for beginners and experienced clients who prefer more individual guidance.
Sessions are available at our Puchong, Cheras and Kajang studios. Each session is planned according to the client’s current ability, goals and movement needs.
Private And Duet Pilates
One-To-One Private Pilates
A Private Pilates session is a 60-minute one-to-one session with one instructor.
It is suitable for all levels, and no previous Pilates experience is required. The instructor can select and adjust exercises according to your current ability, goals and movement needs.
Compared with a group class, a private setting allows closer observation, more specific cueing and greater flexibility in exercise selection.
Duet Pilates
Duet Pilates is a 60-minute session for two participants training with one instructor.
It can suit friends, partners or family members who want to train together. Exercises may be adjusted for both participants where practical, even when their experience or ability is different.

Personalised Instruction And Continuity
Private sessions may focus on individual goals, movement patterns, strength, mobility, control and confidence.
Progress may be reviewed over time so that exercises can be adjusted as the client develops.
A consistent schedule and instructor are arranged where operationally possible to support continuity throughout the package.
Safety And Client Disclosure
Clients should disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or movement concerns before beginning.
The instructor may adjust exercises within their professional scope. Pilates instruction does not replace medical assessment or treatment.
