Private sessions are conducted on a fixed schedule basis whenever possible, allowing you to work consistently with the same instructor throughout your package. This helps ensure continuity in your progress, programming, and overall learning experience. If you are comfortable training with different instructors throughout your package, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.
